We went to Southern Oregon for some training of the new office we are setting up in Medford area. On our way back we took a great trip to the Butte Creek Mill, which is the oldest and only operational water driven flour mill west of the Mississippi River. We have a nice tour and then headed back to Eugene via the back way. Along the way we stopped to see the Red Mountain Lookout tower that was moved for people to come and see what they look like without having to go up to the top of a mountain. Pretty rustic living for the lookout people who lived in these little lookouts.
